• Commercializing AI agents — I believe agents aren't a feature; they're a new cost structure. Most of my time goes into proving this: how vertical-scenario agents become businesses, not demos.
• Wavenet's next stage — Deep Tide Intelligence's AI social-listening and video-insight platform, and preparation for entering the capital markets.
• Writing — The Wealth Magazine column continues, and I'm gathering fifteen years of scattered thinking back onto this site.
• Mass-production experiments in content — What does a content factory look like in the AI era? I'm running the experiment with my own resources.
